Waterstone’s 21st @ Baroq

Monday the 26th of March, 2007. A party of 25-odd friends and acquiantances gather to commemorate the author’s 21st. A commendable performance smashing some one hundred and forty drinks and Baroq House concoctions including such hits as the Belvedere (1st) White Chocolate Martini (2nd), with the Caprioska and grand Jager Bomb tied for 3rd.
An enormous thank you to all who attended, I could have not hoped for a more fantastic celebration. The atmosphere was eclectic, the music smooth, but the evening’s magic was the people.
Special mention to Ken, Gautam, Duey, Jono and Sophie for their speeches – I am unconveyably appreciative of their thoughtful and far too generous words.
A final shout out to Adam Beaupeurt and the staff of Baroq House – the jewel of Melbourne’s bar/lounge scene that sits hidden in Drewery Lane.
